The studio apartment consists of an entrance, bathroom, kitchenette with dining area and a queen-size sofa bed. A single bed/bunk bed is available on request for additional guests, or a cot with side rails for children. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient parking near the house. The space The studio is on the second floor of the house. Inside you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: blankets, pillows, pots, colander, dishes, cutlery, coffee machine, glasses, cups and more. A short walk from the staircase leading to the Bar Ristoro Pont Viei, where our guests enjoy dedicated benefits. We're happy to welcome your four-legged friends. Given the size of the studio, we recommend small or medium-sized pets. As for entry, guests can choose from the following options: • Check-in with key handover: from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with any useful information upon your arrival. • Self check-in on request: available from 3:00 p.m., 24 hours a day, via a lockbox with a code that will be sent the day before arrival. Guest access The entrance is via an external staircase that leads to the balcony. Access to the studio is completely exclusive. Other things to note Ingria, recently included among "The Most Beautiful Villages in Italy", is located at an altitude of 827 meters in the picturesque Soana Valley. The village, characterized by streets that can only be walked on foot, is surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Gran Paradiso, which offer breathtaking views. Snow permitting, the ski slopes are just a few minutes away by car. Ingria is also an ideal starting point for excursions in the Gran Paradiso National Park, perfect for those who love nature, sports and relaxation. The village has received numerous awards: in 2018 it won the silver medal in the national "Comuni Fioriti" competition, representing Italy in the European "Entente Florale Europe" competition. In 2022, it obtained the highest score of 5 flowers and a special mention for the "Protection of Heritage" at the international competition "Communities in Bloom", one of the most prestigious in the world for environment, tourism, blooms and sustainability.
