The family/living room is big yet cozy-comfy, with a large screen TV, gas fireplace and beautiful hardwood floors. The couches are perfect for sleeping, if extra space is needed for sleepovers. The hallway gives way to 2 clean guest bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room and plenty of closet space. The guest bath is all natural with its river rock, water fall glass doors and rain shower. Clean, luxurious beach and bath towels,extra linens and blankets are included and are in every closet in the bedrooms. Next is the spacious office/den/with a flat screen 72 inch TV and a chaise lounge that converts into a queen bed. French doors open on to the outside cabana. Master bedroom has a soft king sized bed and there is a jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The deck outside Master room has outdoor chaises and overlooks the pool and patio lounge area. The pool is solar heated. Water temperature is dependent on the weather. You can enjoy the heated spa for 4-5 hours a day. There is an outdoor kitty cat that I use organic pest control who lives in the pool house with me. She has minimal or no interaction with the house and if you leave her alone she will leave you alone.
