The space The Cocotier gîte, classified as 3-star tourist furnished accommodation, is completely independent, it has a private entrance and offers 25 m2 of interior space, an equipped kitchenette area, a 160 cm queen size double bed, a TV with TNT, a private bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as a private rear terrace of 13 m2 shaded with views of the garden and the pond (garden furniture included: a table and 2 chairs with chair cushions) Linens are provided as well as towels and beds are always made upon arrival, for maximum comfort. All the cottages have been recently renovated with care and offer on site to their occupants, in addition to the private facilities of each cottage, the possibility of enjoying common areas of conviviality such as the 10 m x 5 m swimming pool (depth from 0.9 to 1.80 m) with alarm and anti-fall curtain, a super pool house with 2 shaded dining areas, 2 wood bbqs (or charcoal – not included) available to occupants, as well as a bar counter, a gas stove with 4 burners and oven, a sink... Not to mention the ping-pong table and petanque court, perfectly refurbished and ready to serve. On the 7 ha plot, a few horses graze. About 2 ha of parkland have been landscaped for occupants who can walk, stroll, install hammocks or towels for a nap under the trees.
