The upper section includes: An open kitchen and living space that emanates a wonderful and welcoming style that perfectly blends modern aesthetics with comfort, and a bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. From the living room and the villa's entrance, direct access leads to the outdoor dining area. Here, the impeccable sea views serve as the backdrop for every meal, creating a perfect environment for entertainment or enjoying a peaceful evening with the sound of the waves. The fully equipped kitchen features the latest culinary technology, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and a practical wine cooler for those moments of relaxation. A washing machine and dryer are a hidden feature in the kitchen. Descending one level, the master bedroom awaits, with a private terrace and a private bathroom offering both a bathtub and a shower, along with double vanities and a toilet. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a separate bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. 2. Independent guest area The guest apartment, which can function as a self-contained vacation unit, for example, for the younger members of the family, consists of two bedrooms.
