The space The apartment features 2 bedrooms: One bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed One bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed and an additional 90x200 cm single bed You'll also find: A bathroom with a shower A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for home cooking Smart TV in dining area A private balcony with a beautiful sea view – perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks Our house is surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean greenery, in a quiet area with no traffic – ideal for relaxing. Guests have access to a large garden, a swimming pool (in use from 10.5. to 15.10.), sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. Next to the pool is a charming stone house with a billiard table, table football, ping pong. In front of it, you'll find a big wooden table with benches and a large grill available for our guests. Just above the pool, there is also a children's playground exclusively for our guests. The swimming pool area, garden, children playground and grill place are shared with guests from our other apartments. Free private parking is available beneath the house. Guest access Guests have acces to swimming pool (from 1.5.- 10.10.), garden and grill place that is shared with our other guests. We have our private free parking! Other things to note The apartment is located on the second floor and offers a beautiful direct sea view. There are two apartments on this floor, and they share a large balcony that is divided by a removable partition. If you are traveling with friends and renting both apartments, we can remove the partition so you can enjoy the balcony together. If you are staying in just one apartment, the partition is in place to provide privacy—you won't see the guests from the other apartment, although you might hear their voices while on the balcony. All outdoor amenities are shared with guests from our other apartments.
