"Nid Douillet" Gîte in Firmi

Gite a Firmi offers its homes in a building located in the heart of the village of Firmi. Two-room apartment on the ground floor at the back of the building. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a living room with an open equipped kitchen. Sofa BZ 160/200, one bedroom with double bed 140/190 and dressing room, finally a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink. You have a small patio to enjoy the sun in the summer. - Options Early check in/late check out available under conditions. The space Enjoy a pleasant and naturally cool place to stay, ideal for relaxing even in the middle of summer. The apartment, accessible via a few steps, offers all the comforts you need for a convenient and relaxing stay. There you will find: a friendly living space with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200), an open kitchen equipped to prepare your meals easily, one bedroom with 140 x 190 double bed and dressing area, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The accommodation is completely non-smoking: you must go outside to smoke, including electronic cigarettes. Amenities side Kitchen equipped with oven, electric stove, microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. Dishes and utensils provided. Access to the washing machine is available upon request. Guest access Communication Reservations are nominative, If you book for other people (workers for example), it is imperative that you send us the name and phone number of a person occupying the premises who will be responsible for communication. Guest access - 10 minutes from Cransac les Thermes and Decazeville on the D840. - In the middle of the GR62B, Conques/Toulouses, 17 km from Conques. - Close to the GR65 passing 3 km north of Firmi towards Decazeville, - 30 minutes from Conques or Bescastel, for many visits to historical and religious monuments! - Free public parking 100 m away for cars, trucks and caravans (church parking) - Motorcycles have access to the building's garage upon request. - For your comfort, we welcome you upon arrival or can arrange a self check-in (lockbox). - Although the apartment is located on the ground floor, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because there are several steps to access it and the floor is slippery when it rains. Other things to note - Security Surveillance camera system in common areas - No Smoking It is strictly forbidden to smoke or vape inside the accommodations (even through the window) and in the hallway, ashtrays (glass pots) are at your disposal outside. - Garbage cans Black and/or yellow garbage cans can be found in the parking lot of the church. - Linens and towels Please leave the bedding and towels in their usual place or place them in the bathroom basket. Washing machine, iron and ironing board available on request. - Cleaning Cleaning includes the change of bed linen and towels, as well as the broom and mop, this means that you must still respect the original condition of the accommodation and make it in a suitable condition and take out the garbage cans before your departure. You can find the cleaning products under the kitchen sink and/or in the bathroom.
