The access area is under video surveillance. Other things to note IMPORTANT: • Please enter the details of ALL guests early in the online check-in: ... - ID number only for foreign nationals ... - Birthday only for guests under 14 years of age • Please let us know your planned arrival and departure time asap. • Please also call us 5-10 minutes prior arrival to arrange the hand over of the key. • Guests need their passport or ID card at hand during check-in. • 2€ spa tax per guest/day needs to be paid cash at the door. BEFORE ARRIVAL: Please use (only) • DG: the two parking spaces below and above the house entrance • EG: the top parking space from the street on our courtyard side • GG: the parking space in front of the left or upper garage in front of our house Under no circumstances stop on our neighbors' side of the yard. If your parking space is full or you need additional parking spaces, please park "Im Reh" or on "Wiesenstraße" or on "Talstraße" and inform us if necessary. Please leave dirty work shoes/shoes in the closet in front of the front door. DURING THE STAY: • Please be considerate when getting on and off and while in the yard. • Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Parties and celebrations are not permitted. • Please leave the lights on the balcony or terrace turned off during the night. • Please ventilate regularly, especially after showering/bathing or while cooking. • Please set the heaters to 0 (cold) with the windows open and please do not tilt the windows. • Please always leave the dehumidifier switched on and do not adjust it. • Smoking is permitted on the Terrace or Balcony, only! • Please close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment. • Please note that the apartment must be left swept clean.
