Our detached single-family home is quietly but conveniently located in the Vogelsang district of Gevelsberg. The pretty apartment offers 50 sqm of living room, bedroom, kitchen, hallway and bathroom, as well as a small terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is in the basement. The space Our house is located in a traffic-calmed zone. The nearby city forest can be reached in about 5 minutes. The apartment is equipped with the following: Living room: Large sofa with sleeping function for two people, stool, side table, cabinet, satellite TV HD, DVD player, stereo system with radio and CD, Wi-Fi on request, large window with terrace door, access to the terrace and garden. Kitchen: Electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining area for up to 4 people Bedroom: Double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), bedside table, large wardrobe with hangers, dresser and mirror Bath: Shower with level entry, toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, hairdryer, toiletries Terrace: Garden furniture, a charcoal grill can be provided on request Linens, bath towels, towels, dry towels are provided. Guest access After consultation, a washing machine can be used. For this we charge € 4 per wash. Adjustment option for 2-3 bicycles and 2 motorcycles available. A charcoal grill can be provided for the terrace. Since the sofa in the living room can be used as a bed, the apartment can also be occupied by up to four people. For the third and fourth guest we charge €15.00 per person per night. Other things to note The apartment is fully heated with underfloor heating and is newly equipped. Since the apartment is accessible only by stairs, it is not suitable for wheelchair users
