Chalet Carpe Diem in the Alps

Chalet Carpe Diem is a small all-wood chalet surrounded by a large wooded garden in the heart of the Hautes-Alpes mountain. The space Chalet Carpe Diem features: - A large entrance with infrared sauna, small sofa, washing machine, freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. - An integrated kitchen area with induction cooktop, range hood, multi-function oven (forced air, grill, microwave), fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee makers, kettle, fondue set, stone grill – raclette, dishes and cooking utensils. - A living room with a dining table with four chairs, shelving unit, access to the balcony and access to the mezzanine floor. - A bedroom on the ground floor with a bed for 2 people (2 single beds 80 x 200), a bedside table and closet, sheets provided, a window overlooking the garden. - A bedroom on the mezzanine floor with modular bedding, choice of 1 double bed 160 x 200 or 2 separate beds 80 x 200 with sheets provided, storage space with valet. - Small mezzanine living room with corner sofa, flat-screen TV with DVD & Blue-Ray player and DVD selection, speaker column and charger for tablets and phones. - A bathroom with a tadelakt walk-in shower, a granite sink and toilet cabinet, a heated towel rail and hair dryer, optional towels and separate toilet. A large wooded garden of 1,600 m² surrounds the Carpe Diem chalet. The garden of the cottage is planted with country maples, a walnut tree, Swiss pines, larches, fruit trees and ornamental trees with: - A shaded terrace, garden furniture with sun loungers and sunbathing, a covered summer kitchen with barbecue, plancha and a wood-burning oven (bread and pizza oven). Other things to note In winter, there are 5 ski resorts within 40 km of the cottage, the closest being the small family resort of Ancelle 16 km away.
