New, very cozy apartment in a quiet location for max. four people. Close to forest and hiking trails. The space Amenities Our apartment has a separate entrance, a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a living area with a sofa bed for up to 2 people, a shower room with a washing machine, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, a coffee pod machine and Wi-Fi in the entire apartment as well as a smart TV. On request, you will also receive a baby cot and high chair. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. Guest access Location The legendary Nürburgring is 10 minutes away. The cities of Mayen, Daun and Adenau can be reached in about 20 minutes. In Daun there is a very nice, spacious animal park. Koblenz and Trier are about 40 minutes away. The famous maars of the Volcanic Eifel and the city of Cochem on the Moselle are approx. 30 minutes away. Close to Cochem is also a very nice animal and leisure park. In the village there is a playground. In the village a few minutes away you will find shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, bakeries and doctors as well as an outdoor swimming pool. Other things to note Miscellaneous Approximately 50 m² paved terrace. Enjoy the very nice view of the valley on the existing garden furniture. NEW: In the warm season, a large lounge is at your disposal on the new, indirectly lit wooden terrace. In not so good weather, you can still enjoy nature under the new, covered area. You are also welcome to use the gabion swivel grill belonging to the apartment. Sandbox and climbing tower with swing for children available. Several chickens and mini pigs welcome you to the lower part of the property. Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included.
