Le Pre, one of two cottages by a Watermill

Nestling amongst the vineyards and plum orchards of Lot et Garonne, a charming 17th Century water mill and two river side cottages. Le Pre is one of two cottages (the other being La Riviere). Set on the banks of a stream in their own 3 acre, tree lined meadow. The cottages are part of a 13 acre (4 hectare) park land plot. The space The river side cottages, converted from a traditional Gascon barn, stand within their own grounds of 13 acres of park land and are ideally situated to get together for those long summer evenings. The peaceful riverside setting makes it a perfect romantic get away for couples. Guest access An enclosed swimming pool, with under water lighting, wide steps to relax in during hot summer days and plenty of space to walk, with a childrens play area, table tennis, Boules, sketch or just chill out. The more energetic can enjoy free access to our Fitness room which includes a professional Precor elliptical machine, step machine, multi gym and free standing weights. A haven of peace and tranquillity yet with all the conveniences needed for a terrific holiday. Other things to note We are animal lovers and have a pet goose called Belle and 2 cats who roam the grounds freely. The river is low in Summer, but you are reminded that children should be supervised whilst around water.
