The floor area you rent is massive 2000 sq. ft (excluding parking). Guest access An entire floor with independent entry 100% privacy and silence! No disturbance or interference in private space. Also, guests have common access(shared with hosts) to the sun room (made of glass), and to the outdoor compound at entry gate. A full Private Kitchen with all appliances, utensils, dinnerware and basic groceries specially arranged and stocked for guests. Doorstep gated parking with stair-free entry. This is a self service and self sufficient accommodation. Our job is to only change the beds, sanitise, clean and restock the place before every check-in. During the stay it is the guest's responsibility to maintain, restock and return the place in the same condition as was provided. We do not provide any instay services like helper, cook or 24 hour assistance. Most of our guests love to use the space and manage it on their own, while some require help. Basically, this is the last point till where vehicles are allowed, beyond our location Core Mall Road area starts (no vehicle zone). Hence, this is the single best parking spot and vantage point to explore Central Oldtown Shimla and Mall Road on foot.
