Your very own home away from home. Our Holiday Home is fully equipped with pretty much everything that you would have in your own home, it is totally independent from our Family Home, but is on the same Property. We are situated two minute drive to Beach, Shops and Eateries. The Cycleway is right on our doorstep and we offer you FREE use of HIS n HERS mountain bikes..... Family friendly, great secure back garden, books, games and DVDs for your children provided. The space Very spacious two bedroom property. Enter house off front deck, table and chairs for that evening wine under the last of the sun….. lounge has stacker doors opening onto this deck, front door opens off the deck too. Once through front door, off the hallway is an internal single garage with laundry, hallway leads you into a big lounge where you find a three seater, two seater, and a sofa bed, flat screen TV. On the other side of the hall you will find open plan kitchen with breakfast bench, dining, study and conservatory, overlooking the back garden. Enter another hallway where you will find Master bedroom with king bed, with Ranchsliders that open onto a small patio to enjoy morning sun, large bathroom with Spa Bath and second bedroom with two king single beds and a third can be made up on request. We have a Hot Tub we can make available for your quiet enjoyment, NOT suitable for intimate use as it is on the Main House private deck, so for your privacy it is available by appointment only and not for use after 9pm. Guest access There is a large back garden, fully fenced for your little ones to kick around a ball or play badminton, etc. There is a wee patio with table and chairs where guests can dine al fresco or just sit and enjoy.... also in the back garden we have a hot tub available for guest use, by appointment only and not after 9pm. NOT suitable for intimate use. Other things to note Our place is in an extremely safe neighbourhood! Off street Parking for two cars can be provided.
