Breath taking views of the amazing Mediterranean sea, and the rocky cliffs of the southern coast of Mallorca! Come unwind with your family and friends at this fantastic villa in La Mola Port Andratx! The space This traditional style Mallorquin villa features three bedrooms in the main house, plus an additional guest suite in the detached guest house. All beds are dressed with top quality linen, and offer an assortment of pillow options. Down stairs, you will find the salon / lounge with two large, and comfortable sofas, which feature practically uninterrupted views of the Sea, (a great place to get comfortable, and read a book!) The adjoining room is the TV room / Office which offers a comfortable sofa with a chase lounge section and a 65" HD TV with over 100 channels of IPTV and the ability to connect your own streaming device. The office area provides a desk to work on in the case that you need to get something done while at the villa. The kitchen offers all the modern appliances, and features an island with the cooktop / hob oriented to face people in the dinning area, and salon / lounge. The outdoor areas, are broken into 4 distinct areas. The upper garden in the front of the house, the upper terrace on the back of the house, which features two dinning areas, one adjacent to the kitchen, and the other in a covered dinning area that offers some of the best views of the entire villa. The next area which is one level of stairs down is the pool terrace, which features an infinity pool with uninterrupted views of the sea, and several sun beds for catching up on your rest, reading a book, or working on your tan. One more level down and you will find an Ibiza style outdoor sofa, and some additional space to put a sunbed if you like. Finally adjoining this area is a covered grill area with a cement countertop kitchen area complete with a sink, and a Weber grill. Guest access The La Mola area is an upscale residential area which is considered as part of Port Andratx. That said, walking to the port, although is possible is a 15 min walk down the mountain, and a 30 min walk back up when returning. Their is a Taxi stand in the Port which could be used with a simple phone call to come pick you up. Most of our guest rent a car, and StreetSide parking is available just in front of the entry gate to the villa.
