Home in Lower Stondon

Enjoy your private double bedroom with a brand-new en-suite. There's also a desk, Smart TV & super-fast wifi in this modern house in the lovely village of Lower Stondon. Help yourself to breakfast (toast, cereals etc.) each morning. Just a 6-min drive to Arlesey Station which is on the mainline to London Kings Cross/St Pancras International, and the A1M is just 15 minutes away. Please note that we have a dog. A very lively, but friendly Springer Spaniel called Zade. The space The house is a bright and spacious, modern 4-bedroom home in a small cul-de-sac of 16 homes. It's great if you're a mid-week commuter looking for somewhere to stay close to working in London, or thereabouts. Guest access Kitchen: The Kitchen area is for general use with space in cupboards, fridge & freezer for any food/drinks you bring with you. Help yourself to tea/coffee/breakfast (toast, cereal). There is a small high table with two stools that you can use to eat, plus you can of course eat at the desk in the bedroom. Utility: You're welcome to use the washing machine and dryer, and there's an ironing board and iron. Just ask :) Garden: Enjoy the garden and seating areas. Smoking is permitted outside only. Parking: Please park on the road by the house (not on our driveway/garage) During your stay We're out and about quite a lot but we're always happy to chat, but we also appreciate that people like their private space.
