Welcome ! Paul & Lucia welcome you to our English owned Luxury Cottage and Gite. Situated in beautiful sunny rural Charente Maritime in the middle of the vine region of South West France. Local to all attractions. The space We are centrally located to various destinations such as Jonzac, Saints, Royan, La Rochelle and Bordeaux. The countryside is beautiful with much to explore and vineyards to visit. The beaches of Royan are a short driving distance away but we also have many lake beaches as well. The House is comprised of a large Kitchen with all kitchen appliances cutlery crockery cooking utensils, there is also a TV and large kitchen / dinning table, from the kitchen you pass through to the Lounge which is cosy. In the lounge are settees and armchairs, TV, video player book shelves and patio doors to the garden. Also in the lounge is a staircase to the mezzanine floor with one double bed and entrance to a large bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds. A doorway from the lounge is the entrance to a double bedroom with ensuite shower and wc, from the bedroom you also have access to the garden patio outside. Another door from the lounge will give access to a hallway, off the hallway is 2 double bedrooms one with ensuite shower wc and family bathroom . The utililities room contains the washing machine. Across the courtyard is the 1 Bedroom Gite with own patio area and furniture. Within is a lounge with tv, bedroom (double bed), fully fitted kitchen and shower wc room. In the courtyard garden is located a Summer Kitchen, this a roofed dinning area complete with dinning table and a fridge used especially in high summer for lunch and evening dinner. In the main garden is located the heated swimming pool with patio furniture and a lovely view. Internet WIFI is available in both Gits. Property. A security deposit of 300.00 euros is required in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be returned the day of departure after inspection. Cleaning charge. The house and Gite must be returned in a clean condition on the day of departure, failure to do so will incur a charge of 150 euros. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the gardens and pool.
