My place is located in a wonderful small complex on first line in Sveti Vlas. Easy access to a little wild beach just on 2 minutes walk. Very close is another bigger and hilarious beach on 5 minutes walk, grocery store on 15 minutes walk. In the complex at your disposal there is a pool and a cozy restaurant. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and families (with kids). The space A bright and convenient one bedroom apartment. The living room is special for its view directly to the sea, with sofa and TV. There is a bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and beautiful veranda! When you go outside from the living room you find yourself in the green garden looking to the sea. It`s equipped with all appliances you could need. Guest access Our guests have an access to the whole property. Other things to note Please note, this is no shoes apartment! We would expect people to behave like grown ups and respect/treat the property as if it is their own. This would mean no damage to the apartment and no excessive noise. Breakfast is available at an additional cost of 7 bgn (3.60 €). ✤ Quiet hours between 2-4pm and after 10pm ✤ Parties or events are not allowed! ✤ No smoking inside the property! ✤ No shoes inside the property ✤ Please respect the neighbours! ✤ After your stay, sheets and towels should be in the same condition like you found them, without make up on them, without spots and food! To provide you with convenience and a pleasant experience, we have taken the liberty of supplying essential amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and detergent for your initial use. While we strive to offer a well-stocked and welcoming space, please note that these items are provided as a courtesy for the beginning of your stay.
