Normy Beach House is ideally positioned between the main street and pristine sands of Normanville beach, making your holiday stay a breeze. The space BED CONFIGURATION: Property comprises 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests and contains 2 full bathrooms (1 with bath) & a 3rd WC. Bedroom 1 is located upstairs with 1 x queen bed, ensuite and ceiling fan. Bedrooms 2 - 4 are located downstairs. 2 bedrooms are furnished with a double bunk bed (sleeps 3) in each, with the 4th bedroom equipped with 2 x single bunk bed (sleeps 4). LINEN: Guests will be required to supply their own linen, e.g. Pillowcases, flat and fitted sheets for the beds and towels for the bathroom. Alternatively, guests can hire linen at their own expense through the homeowner. N.B Bathmats, hand towels, tea towels and quilts with covers will be provided. SPECIAL FEATURES: Kids retreat downstairs (away from the main bedroom) with 65" TV The open plan family room incorporates a spacious dining and kitchen keeping everyone together and flows to the large outdoor deck with outdoor dining table for 10 with BBQ. FACILITIES: Dish washer, coffee machine, washing machine, porta cot & high chair available at request. Check-out is by 11am on the day of your departure. Late check out by request. HOUSE KEEPING: Please leave the property in the same condition that it was provided. On departure, all internal bins must be emptied and placed in the external bin, all dishes must be cleaned and put away and BBQ must be clean (an additional cleaning charge of $50 may be incurred for not meeting these requirements).
