The 1st floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. On the ground floor, a large living room, equipped kitchen and living room, overlooking a terrace overlooking the courtyard, a toilet, and a pinball machine. All the windows overlook a beautiful 200 m2 courtyard. The rooms are bright and sunny. The house is semi-detached on one side but the courtyard is private and the entrance is independent. Our cottage is located in the southern Beaujolais, "Pierres Dorées" sector and ideally placed to allow you to discover the Beaujolais, Lyon, Dombes and Mâconnais region. The village is 2 km away where you will find all the local shops. Villefranche is 4 km away. Lyon is 30 minutes away by car or train.
