The property is located in the western low mountain range, a suburb of Innsbruck. Due to its nearby ski resorts and leisure activities, it is perfect for winter and summer sports enthusiasts who appreciate a quiet place. Right next to it is the associated bathroom with toilet and bathtub/shower. In the basement is the common room with kitchen, dining table, washing machine and dryer and a TV.
