Welcome to a perfect waterfront getaway! This beautifully furnished, pet-friendly one-bedroom suite is designed for easy coastal living. Wake up to peaceful water views and explore nearby restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. Inside, you’ll find a plush king bed, closet space, and flat-screen TVs in both the living and bedroom. You will feel at home with a full kitchen and dining area, whether you’re staying for a weekend or more. Outside, enjoy a pool, dog park, waterfront seating and marina. The space Step outside and enjoy a true waterfront escape. At Sailfish Suites you will find a beautifully maintained property that offers inviting spaces to relax and unwind, including comfortable waterfront seating perfect for morning coffee or sunset views. Cool off in the sparkling pool, stroll through the on-site dog park with your pup, or take advantage of the dock slips for easy water access. With scenic views and thoughtfully designed outdoor amenities, the exterior spaces create the perfect setting to soak in the laid-back coastal lifestyle. Parking boat at the dock is an additional $3/ft/day (May vary on Holidays and/or seasons) Onsite trailer parking is $1/ft/day We have an $85pet fee, per pet. Guests who do not notify host of pet will be charged $175/per pet. No smoking within 25ft of the property. We have a designated smoking area on the south side of the property with a picnic table overlooking the water. Guest access Guests have full access to parking, their individual suite, waterfront seating areas, pool and patio area, picnic tables, coin-operated washer and dryer, bbq grills, beach chairs, paddle boards and kayaks! Other things to note Sailfish Suites is a family-owned property, proudly run by Stuart natives who are passionate about sharing the charm of our waterfront hometown. From views of the Manatee Pocket and passing fishing boats to walkable local shops and an easygoing coastal lifestyle, this property reflects everything we love about living here.
