The space A great location for Menaggio, out of the busy district but close enough (1km) to walk into town to restaurants, shops and facilities. The transformation of this flat is incredible, we know as we saw it prior to the renovation! Enjoy the modern facilities and the original features that have been maintained within the transformation of the flat. A large living space, kitchen with island table and work space, a lovely balcony to enjoy and watch Nobiallo go by with a bit of a like view! The bedroom is also a great feature, mezzanine and open space ensure a bright and airy atmosphere, bathroom with a large walk in shower, basin and wc. The entrance with it's industrial look offers a cosy nook to read, study, work if needed... Located in Nobiallo, the lake front hamlet of Menaggio, once a fisherman's village, in fact the alleys, porticos and lanes still give the feeling of once upon a time. There is free parking not far, down by the lake or just up the road from the little square. We are very happy to offer you this original property and hope you will love it as much as we do! Guest access You have full access to the apartment in the square and in the tranquil pedestrian area of Nobiallo 1km from the busy Menaggio. Other things to note ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Check in time is between 3 to 6pm. It is important that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival a few days in advance by email or via Air BnB message so we can arrange meet and greet services. If you do not advise us of a late arrival outside the stipulated hours of 3 to 6pm, we reserve the right to charge a €50 surcharge to cover late arrival costs to be paid in cash on arrival please, unless you are happy to use a key box for late check in. Should you wish to arrive earlier than 3pm and your property is ready, we will be more than happy to conduct an earlier check in. Please make sure your call us ONE HOUR BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL so we can be sure to be available to meet you for check in. Check out is prior to 10am. Please contact us if you require a later check out than 10am and we will do our very best to accommodate you. PASSPORT REGISTRATON We will request passports of everyone in your group on arrival for passport registration, this is for the local police and tourist stats for the Regione Lombardia. TOURIST TAX Please keep in mind that the municipality of Menaggio charges a daily tourist tax of €2 per person (children below 14 yrs of age are exempt) for the first 10 days of your stay. This amount will be collected in CASH by LoveComo at check in. SERVICE CHARGE The service charge of €80 includes: linen, towels and final clean. HEATING Please note that heating is not included in the rate. In colder months, when heating is necessary the daily charge will be of €1 per day to be paid in cash at departure.
