Quiet country setting, 10 mins from highway. 8-10 min drive to Upper River Valley Hospital. Close to longest covered bridge in the world in Hartland. Crabbe mountain ski hill 45 minutes. Mars Hill ski, Maine USA 30 minutes. 5 minutes to NB snowmobile trails. Restaurants, water slides, waterfalls, and downtown Woodstock within 10 mins. 20 min to US border. Enjoy the outdoor pool. (Slide currently unavailable), go for a country stroll or curl up with a good book. Your home away from home! The space There is one double bed in the bedroom. A small kitchenette with a toaster, toaster oven, mini fridge, microwave, popcorn machine and Keurig . There’s a love seat as well. The private bathroom is on a different floor, up the stairs by the entrance. It has a stand up shower(no tub). Washer/dryer are for long term tenants. There’s a small bbq on the pool deck for guests to enjoy. Guest access Walk in entryway, your private bath is to the right, go down the stairs, suite at end of hall. Key in door. Please do not touch the wood stove or put wood in it. If you are cold, there’s a heater in the bedroom for your convenience. Other things to note Please remember to only use toilet paper in toilet. Upon departure, please leave dishes in sink or white plastic bucket and towels in bathroom. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need anything! Laundry facilities are for long term guests (7 days or more) If laundry is required, please ask. There will be a small fee. There are also long term tenants on both sides, please keep the noise level to a minimum so not to disturb them. Just a reminder, quiet time is before 11 pm.
