Home owners have free access to the health club with gym and pool and can use the Greg Norman designed 18-hole Golf Course. A nature path starts at the garden gate and offers great views. CBD is 25 minute drive The space This designer house has been beautifully and thoughtfully designed, boasting a gorgeous open floor plan, which links the kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen is modern and comes with everything you could possibly hope to find. The living area with its raked ceilings features a large screen smart TV and a lovely fireplace for your use. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfy king size bed and walk in wardrobe There is also a sofa bed available in a potential 3rd bedroom. The patio has beautiful water views. Guests can watch pelicans and swans while sipping a glass of wine or having a barbecue in the Australian evenings. An exclusive offer for our guests is our new Finnish Sauna with cold pool and outdoor shower where you can indulge and feel replenished and refreshed. There is also a garage, however there will be 2 parking spaces available on the drive.
