The basement (approx. 20 m2) features a small wine cellar with a fine selection of local wines. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and an open fireplace. This floor also includes one bedroom with a double bed and TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The first floor offers three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, TV and air conditioning.
