No Smoking or Vaping in the room or you will be charged $250. I am allergic to cologne pls book elsewhere if you use it Comfy XL twin bed The space This is a small house but very comfortable. I have 2 guest rooms and 2 bathrooms. Please be considerate of others while here. Cameras are used for safety on the driveway and front door, This is a peaceful and relaxing home with off street parking and plenty of outside lighting and seating. My house is very clean and organized. Dining room has Microwave, small refrigerator Coffee station. NO COOKING in my Kitchen or Laundry. No exceptions. Enjoy the back patio and garden area! Guest access small refridgerater filtered water, tea pot, toaster and breakfast bars.. Eat in dining room, patio, or desk in your room. Recycle items leave in bin. Back door access after check in. Key for your room and back door is in the bowl. pls return to bowl when leaving. During your stay I am available to talk, text or call. But generally I am working in my room or at my studio Other things to note Occasionally there are other guests at my house in the other BNB room. If so there is a shared bathroom but this has never been a problem. I have my own bathroom in my bedroom. Absolutely NO STRONG COLOGNE. If you wear axe or similar heavy scents then this home is not for you. I am very allergic. This home is in a nice neighborhood, very quiet for both you and your vehicle. There has never been any break-ins of any kind in this neighborhood. If you need a rest or some sleep this is a good pit stop! Please hang up wet towels on the back of the bathroom door and stripe the bed if you want but not required! My home is designed to host short term guests so please enjoy the space especially the back yard!
