Spacious home with beautiful mountain views

Newly built home, with stunning mountain views, a large deck and backyard. Perfect for a family stay or plenty of room for adult groups. Mullumbimby is an eclectic little town that is close to many other tourist destinations and towns including Byron Bay (15 minutes), Brunswick Heads (10 minutes) and the Gold Coast (30 minutes). We are the closest town to Bluesfest (7.4km's to the festival site), also close to the Falls Fest/Splendour site (10km's). So stay warm an dry at festival time:) The space The house is light filled and has great natural air flow. A bright and very comfortable home with all mod cons and comforts, including air conditioning. All rooms have ceiling fans. The mattresses on beds are new and the single beds/mattresses are king singles, so they are very comfortable for an adult. I can also set up a porta cot and floor mattress on request. There is a smart TV in the lounge and master room with access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Apple TV & free view viewing. There are three separate outdoor areas. A private deck off the master bedroom looking up into bushland, the back deck which is set up high and takes in the panoramic mountain views of Mount Chincogan and Wollumbin (Mt Warning) and the back yard has another furnished courtyard, grass area and a hammock. So there is plenty of room for all visitors to unwind and relax. The back yard has a trampoline and swings (if wanted), so you can entertain kids easily. The house is pet friendly, for well trained dogs, with a fully fenced yard. You can have a BBQ on either the gas or coal BBQ. Or cook up a feast in the entertainers kitchen and enjoy the open plan living area. There is a separate office space, which is available for use, with printer, desk and chair. I leave essential washing and pantry items for your convenience. Please note that the double garage and walk in robe (in master bedroom) will be locked and not available for use. However two cars can be parked on the driveway, for easy access. Guest access The house is at street level from the front, however there are stairs leading down to the backyard from the back deck.
