Lovely well-equipped 2 bedroom cottage available for visiting beautiful Baltimore & West Cork! 3kms from the village & on the main road for easy finding. Stunning setting beside the estuary, near Carbery's Hundred Isles, and plenty of parking. Cleaning included in price, so no extra fees. The space Cosy cottage located on the main road to Baltimore, 3kms from the village itself. The property consists of one double room, and one single room (with a fold-out bed option too). Easily sleeps 3 adults, with a fourth fitting on a comfy chair-bed if necessary. Located opposite the beautiful estuary with lovely views around and lots of outdoor space. Perfect for getting away from it all as it is outside of the village, or as a good base for car holidays in order to explore the West Cork region. There is plenty of parking and nicely landscaped gardens. The cottage also has a wood burning stove, an extensive DVD collection (for wet days) and a fully equipped kitchen so its well stocked to keep you comfortable come rain or shine. Please note that during the slower winter months it is highly advisable to book at least two days in advance so that the cottage can be fully prepared and heated more prior to your arrival. In addition the local bar and restaurant is just round the block ( The Síbín ) Guest access Entire cottage is yours. Shared parking with main house. There is a greenhouse to the back of the cottage with fuel for the wood burning stove. Use of the front garden, the patio and side garden also. Other things to note This cottage is ideal for small families, couples, or someone just wanting to get away from it all. It is very easy to find thanks to the bright white fence and we are the first house on the left after Reengaroga crossroads. Directions and full address are sent a week prior to your arrival. Pets are very welcome, however the garden is beside the main road and not at all secure. We have a nice variety of bird life including a local kestrel, many types of finch, blackbirds, doves and sea birds too. Rabbits occupy the front lawns at certain times of the year too. High speed broadband is provided in the cottage but one thing to note is that mobile phone/network reception is not brilliant, if you make or receive a lot of calls.
