There is a large open plan dining/lounge area where the views to the loch and of the whole of the Cuillin ridge must be seen to be believed. Self Catering License Number HI-30423-F The space The most striking feature of the house are the views. From the huge three metre wide single pane window in the lounge area the whole ridge of the Cuillin mountain range can be seen in its full glory, ever changing with the weather, it is a view to remember. From the dining area there is an unobstructed view of Loch Harport where from time to time small fishing boats may pass or you may be lucky and get a glimpse of a porpoise ! Upstairs the rooms also enjoy similar views and also on a clear night the starry skies can be viewed from the roof light windows. Some guests visiting in the winter months have been lucky enough to see the spectacular display of the Northern Lights over the loch. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house but not the garage. Other things to note Sometimes maintenance work will be undertaken during a stay, this will have minimal impact on guests. Work may involve exterior painting, grass cutting and other general garden type work. Registration Details HI-30423-F
