I offer my stylish flat to everyone who likes to be independent but needs a home to return during their stay here in Budapest, at Corvin quartier area. The fully equipped, furnished, separated, comfortable flat with air conditioning (A/C is extra charge!) can be reserved in reasonable prices. It is comfortable for a couple, but may accommodate an additional person on the convertible sofa bed (42 qm, max. for 2 + 1 persons). Guarded parking places are offered nearby. The space Location: 9th district, Üllői út (road) - 2nd floor (very close to metro-, and tramway station) Building: made of brick (newly renovated), with elevator Apartment size: 42 m2 Nr. of rooms: 1 Other information: There is gallery with sleeping loft with a double bed. Beneath gallery is a sofa bed, living-corner: led TV (more than 100 channels); its windows look onto an inner courtyard. Comfortable furniture. Free wifi! Nr. of beds: 1 double bed (a double mattress at the gallery), + sofa bed Kitchen: fully equipped open-kitchen with cooking stove, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, washing-machine Bathroom: with bathtub and with Toilette. Public transportation: is excellent, tram nr. 4 and 6 is 5 minutes far and metro line nr. 3 is just also few minutes far. Parking possibility: in front of the building (toll parking) or nearby is guarded parking places are offered. Guest access fully equipped, furnished, separated, comfortable flat with A/C (addition cost: 6.-EUR/night) with kitchen and bathroom. Free (quick & unlimited) wifi acces. Other things to note - Non smoking apartment. - In consideration of the other condominium's inhabitants, please don't be noisy after 21 0'clock! Thank you. Extras / Obligatory: - Local Tax: 1.-EUR/night/adult would be paid on the spot at arrival in cash. - ! Deposit: we would like you to know that all of our guests have to pay safety deposit at arrival. The amount of the safety deposit in this case of this 100 EUR will be given back to you in cash on the day of your departure after a quick verification of the status of the apartment unit and contractual obligations. Thank you for your understanding. Optional fees: - Baby bed: 8.-EUR/night - Air condition: you have possibility to rent the apartment with A/C. Extra charge for using the air-condition: 6.-EUR/night. This is optionally, but the apartment could be very warm without using A/C in the summertime (July - Sept.), so I really recommend it. - Late/early check-in (or check-out) fee: depends on your arrival / departure / special needs. We are flexibile, but can be extra charge in some cases. - pets are allowed sometimes, just in case of ask in advance with inform about the kind and size of the pet - for extra charge only
