Welcome to the Little Green Cottage - an original Sears Craftsmen’s House that’s newly remodeled, 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage in a quiet west Arlington neighborhood with a country charm to it. It is minutes from AT&T stadium, Globe Life Park, TexasLive!, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor and UTA to name a few. The city of Arlington has banned short term rentals for less than 30 days in our area, so the house is available for 30 DAYS MINIMUM. The space Living Room - Sleeper sofa, basic cable channels, Smart Roku TV available for you to log into your online streaming accounts such Netflix & Hulu and others, WiFi also available. Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed Bedroom 2 - Two twin beds Bathroom - Standup shower with bench and bath towels. Toiletries not provided. Kitchen - Fully stocked with large island and bar top seating. All new appliances, Keurig, toaster oven and a George Forman. Dining Room - Seats 6 people Laundry room - Full size washer & Dryer with desk area. Fenced-in yard with outdoor deck with table, umbrella, chairs and charcoal BBQ grill. Security alarm and keyless entry. Guest access Guests will have access to entire home. Other things to note - Must be at least 25 years old to rent - Absolutely no smoking - No pets - No burning candles - No parties or events - Be respectful to neighbors and no loud noise - Cannot throw any paper products in the toilet - Leave house clean and organized the way you received it - Park in driveway and not on grass - Trucks & SUV's cannot fit under carport
