Welcome to our home. Your apt. has three bedrooms, full bath, living room, WIFI, Netflix, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, range, rice cooker and microwave. On a quiet street, it is a short walk to the metro that takes you to DC in just minutes. Welcome to our home. There is a living room with TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen includes refigerator, range with oven, microwave, hot water kettle, and coffee machines, filtered water faucet and utensils for cooking and preparing your meals. For the dining area you are well equipped with utensils, plates, etc. You are welcome to use anything on the premises. However, please do clean and put back where you found them. The house offers three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen bed, the second a double, and the third a single bed. Your quiet and cozy space is a totally separate side of our house with an independent entry, but we are here to welcome you, answer any questions about the area and assist you if needed. We look forward to meeting you! If you are looking to reserve more than six months in advance, please do first contact us ahead of time, as we may not yet have set our schedule. We are just a 5 - 10 minute walk from the metro, which takes you into D.C. in minutes. Also a 5 minute walk from grocery store and shopping center. Just down the street is a lovely park and the W&OD trail for miles of walking, running, or biking. The metro station (East Falls Church station, Orange line) a short walk from the house, so you have easy access to Washington D.C.. We provide a visitor's parking permit for street-side parking right in front of the house. You may notice that our listed check-in time is 3:00 pm (in case we have had guest the night before and need to make sure everything is nice and clean for you). But usually we can be flexible - just let us know your needs - and we can always arrange for you to leave things earlier.
