Beach and pool 20 minutes from Barcelona

Apartment in a residential area, very bright, exterior-facing, next to the beach. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc. Location close to all kinds of amenities: shops, restaurants, and a gym. The swimming pool is shared with another property and is available from May 15th to October 1st. Parking included (2m high). The space It is located on the first floor, accessed via a flight of stairs from the parking lot. There are four bedrooms (two doubles and two singles) and two bathrooms with showers. The dining room/living room is very spacious and bright, with access to the terrace overlooking the garden. Pets are not allowed. TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax for apartments outside Barcelona is €1,75 per person (over 16 years old) per night (with a maximum of 7 nights). This tax is not included in the reservation price and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. Guest access There is free access to the pool (it is only shared by my sister's family), garden and garage (only one car is allowed) Only people registered in the accommodation are allowed to enter the pool Other things to note REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT: All travelers over 14 years of age must register. The Organic Law on the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015, regulates this activity. To do so, we will send you a link to an application that allows for simple, individual registration. No late-night parties, smoking, or barbecues are allowed. Please remember that you will be staying in a building where other people live in their own homes. Respecting our neighbors is very important to us, so we ask that you respect their peace and quiet. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy, just as you found it upon arrival. Waste must be placed in the appropriate street containers before departure, preferably daily. Late arrival (from 20:00) is not allowed. If necessary, there will be an extracharge of 10 euros per hour of delay from this time.
