In the heart of its magnificent 7000m² park, this large family house offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Morbihan: Ile aux Moines, Ile d'Arz. At the end of the garden , a small gate gives direct and private access to a large sandy beach and to the the coastal path. The space This house, just restored, has all modern comforts. It consists of a large living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms for 10 beds (double or divisible), 2 bathrooms with bathtub and an outdoor shower with hot water. Ideal location 10 minutes from Vannes and 2 minutes from Arradon and all amenities. Other things to note - Sheets and towels not provided, but possibility to rent : 22 € / person to pay the day of your arrival to the janitor. - Cleaning fee 160 € to pay the day of your arrival to the janitor. However the house must be left tidy and the kitchen clean. The property is not licensed to host public events. Therefore, we cannot accept any requests for weddings, baptisms, or other receptions. For the safety of the property and its guests, an outdoor camera monitors only the parking area.
