New Farm Barn is a self-contained holiday bungalow in the picturesque North East Wales countryside. Surrounded by peaceful fields whilst still close to the local villages and amenities. There is a garden area with seating, and you can park right outside the property. The BT Wi-Fi is free. The property is clean & functional, while being good value for money. Located in Caergwrle, near Hope village; 8 miles from historic City of Chester & 6 miles from Wrexham City. Please do not invite visitors. The space The holiday bungalow kitchen features an Air-fryer, Induction hob, kettle, toaster, fridge & a Combination Microwave oven. There are many good value take aways, cafes & restaurants locally! The property features two bedrooms (one larger bedroom with a double bed, and one smaller bedroom with a single bed and additional pull out bed if needed), a large living area (with sofabed), kitchen, and bathroom. The space is ideal for long weekend breaks or longer rentals. Our two-bedroom bungalow comfortably accommodates 3/4 adults.(A total of 1 double bed, 1 single bed, and 1 sofa bed). Please contact to discuss your arrangements further. There is an excellent Launderette nearby. We also operate a small Touring Caravan site, we aim to have a 5 star site. This is reserved for pre-booked guests, guided tours are available. Complimentary teas, coffee, milk and biscuits are supplied. Guest access The bungalow has its own garden furniture and views over the nearby fields. The quiet, peaceful setting should result in a good nights sleep. You'll also have access to our onsite complimentary wifi throughout your stay, for web browsing and catching up on emails. Other things to note We offer guests staying over 7 nights a 10% discount, and for guests staying over 28 nights a 20% discount is applied. This will be automatically calculated by Airbnb in the price shown to you. Our bungalow is situated adjacent to our quiet, highly-rated, Caravan Park. New Farm Barn, however, has private parking for guests.
