3 bedroom. spacious, airy and peaceful self-catering accomodation, close to several beaches and 1 minute walk from the bustling, lively village precinct (cafes, food stores, pubs, restaurants, bakers, butchers & gift shops). Our accommodation is close to beautiful beaches, stunning bays, lively waterfront, nature walks, friendly village shopping precinct with restaurants, cafes, pubs & many famous tourist hotspots. 3 bedrooms in total. 1 good size double room with king size bed and blackout blinds - front facing. 1 good size double room with kingsize bed - rear facing. 1 smaller sized snug room with a small double bed - front facing. The road is very quiet so you are guaranteed a really good night's sleep. Travel cot available - please request when booking. Note: As families prefer to bring their own bedding, we do not supply this. The living room is a spacious, open plan and relaxing place to chill out after the days walks and adventures. Dining areas - you have 2 options! One right next to the kitchen and the other in the sunny conservatory. You can park on the road outside, free of charge - at peak times space can be limited but is usually available. If you have a small car then you could park inside the gates on the drive. On arrival or after a big day out, you'll come back to enjoy a refreshing shower or relaxing bath with as much hot water as you need. You can pop the heating on by using our simple thermostat on the lounge wall. The kitchen is equipped to basic standard with everything you need for your stay. You'll have use of free WiFi, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and iron. The little rear garden faces south-west - a perfect sun-trap to enjoy a morning cuppa or evening tipple. We have lovingly renovated the original floorboards which extend into the dining area, kitchen and hallway. The stairs and bedroom areas have all been newly carpeted (a shoes-off zone to keep it feeling luxurious and clean for all our guests). We'll check you have arrived safely and are setlled in, then leave you to enjoy your stay. If there is anything you need, we are just a phone call away! We welcome families (and pets too, as long as you are ok with our standard house rules which help us keep the house to a lovely standard). For your safety: 1. There is a fairly steep drop over the low stone wall in the back garden, so please take care not to let little ones or dogs jump up. 2. There is no stairgate, but families are welcome to bring their own 'travel stairgate' to use if bringing babies or very young children.
