This unique space is across two floors housing open dining, living and kitchen downstairs with KING SIZE BED and ensuite upstairs. The space Exposed brick work contrasted with modern appliances and a comfortable environment. Private sunny garden with out door table and chairs and private luxury hot tub. We also have the Sycamore Suite within Henry's Orchard, which if booked together will sleep a total of 4 guests. STRICTLY ENFORCED: Only guests included on the reservation are permitted to be on the premises. ​For safety, security, and insurance purposes, and to comply with our safeguarding policy, no unregistered visitors or extra guests are permitted to enter the property at any time during the stay. ​Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guest access Plenty of transport (bus/tram/road/bike) and access links as well as a taxi rank 2 mins walk away. Guests have private access to secure gated parking and lodgings. Other things to note Please be aware that we've recently received two 4-star reviews (all others are 5-star) from guests who didn't anticipate the distances involved in our woodland pub walk. To clarify: The Mossbrook Inn is just a 5-minute walk away, the Alma is around 15 minutes, and the remaining pubs are between 10 to 30 minutes from the Alma. The loop from our house incorporating all pubs is approx 6-8miles but short cuts can be taken. If the walking distance is important to you, feel free to reach out for more details— we’re happy to help you plan your perfect visit. We recommend you bring Flip Flops, Sliders or Crocs to protect your feet when walking to and from the hot tub. There are spaces for up to 2 cars at the lodge. Should you need both spaces please state upon booking as we have other guests to consider. Please ensure you add 'pets' when making the booking if bringing dogs.
