A one bedroom, first floor apartment in a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in central Bath - great value for money! ⭐️ Further discounted stays available upon inquiry based on season and demand! ⭐️ The space Overlooking the River Avon, the apartment consists of a double room, plus sofa bed in the lounge, a small, but fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom. The location is perfect for a city break for couples, a small family or group as it is just a stone's throw from all the sights and attractions that Bath has to offer. Guest access Self check-in - the keys are left in a key safe on the wall by the front door. Other things to note - We do not profit from the cleaning or linen fee. - We are unable to offer permits for parking unfortunately - the closest car park is on Charlotte Street and is a 5 minute walk away. You may park your car for £15 per day. - We charge an additional £35 per monthly clean. The initial cleaning fee paid upon booking is for the check-out clean. - This is a pet-friendly apartment, so although we carry out a deep clean at the end of every stay, if you suffer from allergies we would not recommend booking. We are happy to let you know if any pets have recently stayed!
