12 km from the historic center of Rouen, our 260 m² house will seduce you with its spaces and exceptional brightness (large central room of 100 m² open to 2 outdoor wooden terraces of 100 m² and 30 m² equipped with plancha, barbecue and garden furniture...). The village of Préaux offers all the necessary shops (bakery, bar, pharmacy...) as well as a tree climbing park, a city park and a paintball field that can delight young and old.... The space The house has 5 bedrooms equipped with double beds, but we also have a 45 m² home theater, located in the basement and adjoining one of the bedrooms, equipped with a sofa bed that can offer comfortable sleeping for 12 people. Our house is also equipped with an infrared sauna with Bluetooth player that can accommodate three people for a moment of pure relaxation, as well as an outdoor spa for 5 people (Adagio model from Blue Lagoon) offering quality massages in water at 37°C whatever the season.
