Newly constructed split level units on a dead end street. Very peaceful setting with a southern view of Mt. Shasta. Upstairs is a studio apartment with full kitchen, bath and laundry. Downstairs is 1 bedroom, living room with a full bathroom. Pets are welcome @ a rate of 20$ per night/per pet not included in the price. This is two separate units! NO SMOKING anything! Sleeps 6-8 if you don’t mind using an air mattress or futon in the living room of the downstairs. (We also have a toy hauler trailer for extra guest if needed for a larger group.) Please ask in advance for this space. This is two lockable separate units, one upstairs and one downstairs. Large gravel road area for walking your pets. All pets must be kept in Kennels if left at the residence. You are responsible to pick up after your pets. We have chickens that are a blast to hang out with and watch. There is a very friendly horse , Eli, across the street that loves apples and attention. Lots of room to park boats or trailers. Entrance doors have keycode locks. Combinations will be sent prior to your stay. We also offer Kayak and SUP ( Stand up Paddle-board) rentals. We currently have a 12’ tandem (two person) kayak and 1 SUP.
