It is equipped with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove for comfort in all seasons. From the living room, there is direct access to a large south- and west-facing terrace, partially screened by a wooden fence for privacy. The large lawn in front of the house is perfect for ball games and outdoor activities. An EV charging station is installed on the fence in front of the house. To use it, download the Monta EV charging app, link your credit card, scan the QR code provided inside the house, and pay via the app. The charger is compatible with all car types.
