Thank you! - For bookings with checkin from Jan 1st - Jun 30th and Sept 1st - Dec 31st: We can only accept students. After completing your booking, you’ll be required to submit your Student ID, Letter of Enrollment, and/or Acceptance Letter and provide some basic information for verification on our guest portal. Failure to submit a student ID can result in cancellation as per our cancellation policy. - For bookings with checkin between July 1st - Aug 31st: We can accept non students as well. Only a standard ID will be required for verification purposes. - Please note that this property is a Student accommodation, designed primarily for students. Non-student guests are welcome only during the summer period (July 1st – August 31st). If you’re unsure about your eligibility or booking dates, please reach out to confirm availability before reserving. - We cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 due to building planning permissions.
