Oak Creek Granary
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located remodeled home on a quiet street in beautiful Bottineau, ND. Originally a 1900’s Granary, it was moved to its current location in the early 1940’s & additions were added for the kitchen, bathroom and a 2nd bedroom. The home has all hard surface flooring for easy clean up and is uniquely decorated in a rustic farmhouse theme. We even left exposed some treasures like the brick chimney and aged wood siding found during the recent remodel. Guest access There are a couple cabinets and doors which I have locks on. The basement is not accessible to guests. Other things to note *My family and I frequently stay here with our dogs as we are often in the area. *As a family we recently renovated the home. *Our 14 year old daughter put together a small bathroom panty tray in the event you forgot something. All items are $1 and it operates on your honor. *We do not allow parties, we respect our neighbors and ask that our guests do as well. *No smoking in the home, however we do have a couple seating areas outside and a metal bucket with sand for butts. *Guests won’t have access to the basement, a closet and a couple cabinets as we leave a few personal items here for our visits. *A Pack & Play is available upon request for infants and small children. Please request at booking so I can have it ready at arrival. *Our home doesn’t have laundry facilities, however there is a laundromat just a few blocks away. *There is a Game cleaning station in town for hunters/fisherman. We do not allow game/fish cleaning within the house. *This community is remarkable! From large murals, beautiful scenery, vast wildlife, and many other must see activities you will not be disappointed in a visit to Bottineau/The Turtle Mountains.
