The ground floor unit is 40sq/m and has a separate lounge and bedroom. It has a super king/twin bed. We offer a breakfast tray continental or a cooked breakfast. It is equipped for self catering with kitchen essentials, has a sink benches, bench top cooking hobs, microwave ovens, refrigerators, electric fry pans and grills, BBQ. All bed linen, towels and bathrobes are provided. A washing machine, dryer and tub are available for guest use. Wi-Fi broadband The space This self-contained apartment features a kitchenette and has access to laundry and barbecue facilities. It has a private lounge and a separate bedroom. The bathroom offers a shower, bathrobes and a hairdryer. It has a private entrance and free car parking on the property. Annick house offers superior guest and hosted accommodation in a secluded garden setting ten minutes walk to the city centre. We have two private self-contained units. Guest access Guests have a private apartment, and they are welcome to use the garden area. Other things to note Breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast is served to your rooms after 8.00am. We offer a Kiwi continental breakfast ie homemade muesli, fruit and yoghurts. Toasting bread, butter, home-made jams and fruit juice. A cooked breakfast is available on request. If you have an early start, we will leave your breakfast in your room the night before. Laundry - we have a washing machine and drying facilities available. We provide off street parking. Beach towels are provided.
