Welcome To My SS17 Subang Jaya Homestay located in the central part of Subang Jaya where all the private schools such as Sri KL, colleges & universities such as INTI, Metropolitan, Westminister, Monash, Segi & Sunway universities are all located within close proximity. Its a great location in the center of all business and commercial activities in Subang Jaya. The space This place is 5 minutes walking distance to SS15 Subang Jaya LRT Station and within close vicinity of Taylors University, Inti & Metropolitan Universities & Sri KL private school.( approximately 10-15 minutes walk ) Sime Darby Hospital and Sunway Hospital is juz about 5 min drive away. Shopping centers like Empire Shopping, Subang Parade shopping centers are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. This location is very convenient and is situated in the central part of Subang Jaya where all the commercial activities like banks, shops, restaurants & cafes etc are located. This is a double storey house with 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms. 4 rooms are furnished with beds & mattress and the 5th room is a office/ study room. This place is furnished with lightings, fan & air conditioner in every bedroom, living hall and dining hall and water heater in every bathroom. Toiletries such as toilet paper, soap and shampoo is provided except for bath towels. Master Bedroom is furnished with built ins wardrobe, king size bed, mattress, bedlinen and blanket is provided. The second & third bedroom is furnished with Built Ins wardrobe, Super Single Trundle Bed & Mattress where there is another mattress available underneath the Trundle Bed. Bedlinen and blanket is also provided. The 2nd and 3rd bathroom shares a common bathroom with water heater. The 4th bedroom is furnished with Super Single Bed, mattress, bedlinen & blanket. Guest access Guests can utilise the living hall, dining hall & kitchen area. There will be a refridgerator, induction cooker, jug kettle and micro wave oven and some cutleries should guests would like to make a drink or heating up some food. During your stay Guests can communicate with me through (Hidden by Airbnb) will be convenient Other things to note * No wearing of shoes inside the house. Theres a shoe cabinet inside the house at the entrance of the house. * At the present moment there is NO WIFI in the premises.
