This newly built, detached villa features: Bedrooms: Three spacious rooms accommodating up to six guests, ensuring a restful stay. Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with fitted cupboards, breakfast bar, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and complete cutlery set. Living Area: A tastefully decorated space with ample natural light, thanks to double-glazed patio doors. Outdoor Space: A private swimming pool surrounded by a lush garden, offering views of the sea and the city of Burgas. Located just a 20–25 minute drive from both Burgas city and Sunny Beach, guests can easily explore local attractions.
