Other things to note PARTIES & EVENTS Out of respect for the community, loud music and disruptive noise are not allowed, especially after 10 PM. DOGS • Dogs are completely prohibited. DEPOSIT • A deposit of €200 is required upon arrival to cover any extra services provided during your stay (e.g., transportation, welcome pack, etc.). • The deposit will be refunded once the villa is returned in proper order and undamaged. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • Guests must inform the manager/owner of the total number of people before finalizing the reservation. FOR STAYS OF 2 WEEKS OR MORE • Responsible Consumption:  - Electricity is included in the price up to a minimum limit. Any consumption beyond that limit will be charged separately after verification.  - Additional charges will apply for charging electric vehicles or other high-voltage devices not belonging to the property, or in cases of irresponsible consumption (e.g., leaving high-consumption appliances or air conditioning on when the property is unoccupied). DISCOUNTS & CONDITIONS: • For stays longer than 2 weeks, we offer reduced rates. • For bookings longer than 2 weeks, electricity consumption will be measured and billed separately.  - For stays of 2 weeks or more, laundry and cleaning services can be requested to keep the house fresh and renewed when desired. • Laundry and cleaning services are not included in the price but can be requested as extras.
