It has all the comforts with 2 air conditioners, full laundry facilities, a modern bathroom with full sized bath and lots of natural light. With one main bedroom and an option for a separate curtained room, this unit can sleep up to 4 people. Onsite private storage available for recreation items (notice required). The space This unique unit is situated at the rear of the main residence. It is completely secure and has no access to the rear of the main property. It is single level with no stairs Pets will not be accepted. Commercial linen is supplied for all bedding configurations and some general pantry items are available. It has a coffee machine and electric bbq available. Bedding configuration will be as follows: 1-2 guests: 1 Super King bed or 2 singles (available upon request) 3-4 guests: 1 Super King and 1 Queen 1 Queen and 2 singles (available upon request) There will be no access to (extra) queen bedding if booking is made for 2 people, you will be required to book (and pay) for 3 or 4 guests to have access to the two seperate areas and beds. Please be aware of bedding arrangement if booking with infants or children. We hire linen for the beds so unless an extra guest charge is paid, access to the queen bed will not be given. Guest access Guests will have access to the complete unit and deck. There is no access available to other areas of the property.
