Over the years they bought the second house (today house 1), which until a few years ago was used as a barn. In 2012, the Emblematic Houses in Hoya de Tunte were renovated as Rural and Emblematic Houses. The houses are located near a traditional Canarian village, San Bartolomé de Tirajana, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and surrounded by nature. In this magical place, which invites rest, tranquility and calm, you can contemplate the beauty and harmony of the natural landscapes of the area, surrounded by mountains, where the wonderful Canarian flora mixes with the crops of the place: olive trees, apricot trees, almond trees. You can also enjoy the friendliness and familiarity of its people. The houses have been restored respecting as much as possible the original essence and materials, some of which (old doors, windows, etc.) have been recycled without giving up all the comforts that our current way of life requires. The Emblematic Houses in Hoya de Tunte I, II and III are in perfect condition and have been equipped and decorated with great taste, detail and affection by their owner. The Emblematic House in Hoya de Tunte III is attached to the II and has the same equipment. It is the smallest house of all.
