The studio apartment Il Pino is located in the main house, on the ground floor, with a private entrance from the garden. It features a private covered area under the loggia with a table, armchairs and a front garden with a stone barbecue. There is also a private section of a terrace with a table and deck chairs, offering a beautiful panoramic view. Inside, the apartment includes a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a bathroom, and an equipped kitchenette with refrigerator and dining area. The surrounding garden is fully fenced and accessible via a remote-controlled gate and park inside the property, not far from the apartment. It is equipped with independent air conditioning and central heating. Guests can enjoy a spacious garden with a panoramic walking path and a private shaded area in the pool garden. The property is part of an organic farm that produces extra virgin olive oil and quality wine to taste and buy directly in the villa on request. Each apartment has its own private space in the surrounding garden with gazebo, table, deck chairs, barbecue and parking. The pool is shared but each apartment has a private shaded area with deck chairs and sun loungers. The park surrounding the farmhouse extends for about 11,000 square meters on a hilly surface with cultivated fields, a large olive grove, a small vineyard and natural lake. The garden includes areas of evergreen lawn and a multitude of plants, cypresses and many olive trees, which form the ideal setting to enjoy the atmosphere of Tuscany. The 16 x 8 m swimming pool is fenced and has a waterfall, a hydromassage tub, a paved beach for the shoreline and a private shaded area with deckchairs and sun loungers for each apartment or villa. The farmhouse has a private parking also for larger vehicles.
